Teaching Theme

This year for Summer Camp, our theme is "By Faith." We will be studying the champions of the faith in Hebrews 11. We will be exploring what it means to live by faith and how to apply it to our everyday lives. As we look at these giants of the faith, we trust that God will grow our faith and supply a firm foundation for life.

Workshops

Workshops are designed for students to better grow in a particular area of the Christian life. As a ministry, we have found that students learn and succeed in different teaching environments, and workshops offer a more informal setting for students to engage with God’s Word. This year, we have multiple workshops for the students to choose from and participate in. There will be two workshops offered each day, Tuesday through Thursday.

"Don't Waste Your Life – Living with Kingdom Purpose"

What if you got everything you wanted in life… and still wasted it? In a world chasing comfort, success, popularity, and personal happiness, this workshop will challenge students to ask bigger questions: What does God actually want from my life? What does it mean to live for something eternal? Through honest discussion, reflection, and practical challenge, we will explore calling, surrender, missions, and what it means to live with true Kingdom purpose. This is not just about overseas missions; it is about learning to say yes to Jesus wherever He leads. You were made for more than comfort. You were made for the Kingdom.

"I Made This with ChatGPT – Following Jesus in the Age of AI"

AI is becoming part of everyday life in how we learn, create, communicate, and work. What does that mean for Christians seeking to follow Jesus faithfully? This workshop will evaluate AI through a biblical lens, discuss practical and ethical questions, and create space for conversation about the real-life opportunities, challenges, and implications AI presents.

"Can I Get a Witness? – Sharing Your Story of Faith"

When we respond to the Gospel in faith, we are called to testify to God’s grace in our lives. Hebrews 11 reminds us that stories of faith can encourage believers and point unbelievers to Christ. This workshop will help students understand the key components of a Christian testimony and grow in confidence as they share both the Gospel and what Christ has done in their lives.

"How to Deepen Your Relationship with God"

Based on Dane Ortlund’s book, Deeper, this workshop will help students discover how lasting spiritual growth comes not from striving harder, but from going deeper into the grace and presence of Jesus Christ. Through biblical teaching and practical application, students will learn how the Gospel fuels real transformation in everyday life, shaping their habits, struggles, and relationship with God. This session will challenge students to move beyond surface-level faith and experience the joy, freedom, and endurance found in abiding deeply in Christ.

"What Are You Really Chasing? – James 4:3-6"

In this workshop, we’ll look at James 4 to see God’s heart for us. God created man to know Him, depend on Him, and live in a way that shows His glory. Because of sin and the resulting broken relationship with God, people often feel empty inside and try to fill that emptiness with things the world offers—but those things never truly satisfy. Together, we’ll explore what God’s Word says about turning away from the things of the world and learning to live with our hearts focused on Him.

"Living a Life of Worship"

In this interactive workshop, students will discover that worship is much more than singing songs at church; it is a daily response to who God is and what He has done. Through Scripture, discussion, reflection, and practical challenges, students will explore barriers to worship, learn how to prepare their hearts, and discover what it means to live a whole life of worship at school, at home, and in everyday life. This session is designed to help students grow in authentic, passionate worship that goes beyond emotions and into everyday obedience and gratitude.
