Build relationships with students and disciple them as they grow in their walk with the Lord and learn how to apply their faith to their lives.
Current Opportunities:
High School Small Group Leader
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Lead and disciple an assigned small group of high school (9th–12th grade) students during weekly Youth Group meetings (Wednesday nights) and special events (LIFT, Summer Camp, etc.)
- Are expected to live above reproach, possess an evident love for Christ, and have a passion for student discipleship
Age Requirement:
- 20 years or older
Commitment/Frequency:
- Every Wednesday (6:30–8:30pm) and special events as needed
Interested in serving as a High School Small Group Leader?
Junior High Small Group Leader
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Lead and disciple an assigned small group of junior high (6th–8th grade) students during weekly Youth Group meetings (Wednesday nights) and special events (LIFT, Summer Camp, etc.)
- Are expected to live above reproach, possess an evident love for Christ, and have a passion for student discipleship
Age Requirement:
- 18 years or older
Commitment/Frequency:
- Every Wednesday (6:30–8:30pm) and special events as needed
Interested in serving as a Junior High Small Group Leader?
Wednesday Night Childcare Volunteer
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Supervise and care for children (nursery–5th grade) of Student Ministry Small Group Leaders
- Wednesday Night Childcare allows Small Group Leaders to be free to pour into students' lives during Youth Group
Age Requirement:
- 18 years or older
Commitment/Frequency:
- One Wednesday a month (6:15–8:30pm), or special events as needed
Interested in serving as a Wednesday Night Childcare Volunteer?
Wednesday Night Security Volunteer
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Provide security during Wednesday night Youth Group by checking bathrooms and stairways for wandering students, locking doors at the appropriate time, and helping to ensure the overall safety of the students
Age Requirement:
- At least one full year removed from High School
Commitment/Frequency:
- One Wednesday a month (6:15–8:30pm), or special events as needed
